What is the return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for unopened products, giving you time to make sure Tiltago is right for you.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, in good condition, and suitable for resale.
Please note:For returns that are not due to product quality issues, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How to Request a Return
- Please contact us at hello@tiltago.com to request a return.
- Once your request is approved, our customer support team will provide you with the return address.
- Ship the product back according to the provided address and send us the return tracking information.
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund accordingly.
Refund Method:The refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing time is approximately 5-10 business days.
What is the weight capacity of the balance board?
It can support up to 200kg.
When will I get my order?

Does it support two-player mode?
Yes, the version supporting two-player mode was updated at the end of April. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone, switch on both balance boards, tap the "Connect" button in the APP, and it will automatically connect to both balance boards. Select the games under the "Dual" tab to start two-player gameplay.
Is shipping free?
Shipping depends on the option you choose:
- STANDARD (20+ Games & 1 Board): Shipping is not included.
- PRO (60+ Games & 1 Board): Shipping is not included.
- DUO Bundle (2 PRO Boards): Free shipping included.
Free shipping is also available when you purchasemore than 1 boardin the same order.Please note:If you purchase2 boards in the same order, they will be shipped intwo separate packages.We will try our best to ship them at the same time. However, due to carrier processing and local delivery conditions, the two packages may not arrive on the same day.
Are there any extra fees after purchase?
No. There are no hidden fees or automatic charges after purchase.
Once you purchase a TiltaGo balance board, you will receive:
- Built-in games included with your device
- Optional access to additional APP games through a membership
The APP membership is completely optional. It is not automatically charged.
You can choose to subscribe monthly or yearly only if you want more games, and you can cancel anytime.
PRO Version:
The PRO Version includes a permanent VIP membership, which means:
- No recurring subscription fees
- Full access to all APP games permanently
So if you choose the PRO Version, you do not need to pay for an additional APP membership.
How It Works?
The balance board is built with motion sensors and a smart processing chip that can detect the board’s tilt direction, angle changes, and movement status in real time.
When you stand on the board and move your body, the sensors capture the board’s motion data and send it to the mobile app via Bluetooth. The app then processes the data and converts your movements into game control commands, allowing you to control the game using your body balance.
